In today's video we review a fitness app called Alpha Progression. Some of its most impressive features include its ai workout generator, setting automated timers based on exercise category rather than the traditional exercise by exercise method as in other apps, and automating your weight progression jumps via its built in calculator from workout to workout, just to name a few. In this review, we cover these features and more. Whether you are new to the gym, or have some skin in the game, this app may just be the game changer you have been looking for.
