Welcome to this review of my Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells. In this review I will be explaining some of the pros, the cons, as well as providing an overall impression of how these Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells work! This model goes from 10 lbs to 90 lbs in 5 lbs increments. Please note that there is another version of these referred to as the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, which go from 5 to 52.5 lbs in 2.5 lbs increments, which are also in turn cheaper in cost and smaller in size. The overall way of how they work should be the same though. My aim is to give you all the information you need so that you are able to make an informed purchase decision on these Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells in this brief review.
