In today's update video we review all of the new features that have been added to Hevy since my last video featuring Hevy (Strong Vs Hevy) which was released back on November 14th of 2020. A lot has happened in these past three months, and by the end of this video, not only will you know of all of these new and awesome features, however you will also know how to use them so you can keep making those important gains in the gym!
