In this video we review my Hoist Fitness HF-4263 Ab/Back Hyper Bench, what I like about it, what I dislike about it, and we do it all in under 4 mins! Hyperextension benches can sure take up allot of space in one's home gym, and if space is at a premium, then we usually go without such a bench. The Hoist Fitness HF-4263 Ab/Back Hyper bench alleviates this issue with its slim footprint, portability, and can be easily stored away in one's closet or under ones bed when not in use. Definitely a piece of equipment worth checking out!
