Today I am reviewing my Inspire SQR1 Squat Rack by Inspire Fitness. I will be sharing my experiences, what I like about this squat rack as well as some of the drawbacks of this particular unit, all in under 5 mins. If you are tight for space, and do not have the room in your home gym or the height clearance for a full power rack, then this is a great alternative worth exploring!
