In this video we review my lat machine by Northern Lights, which I have owned for a little over two years now. There are many different kinds of cable and lat machines out on the market, and they all come in different sizes. I needed something with a small footprint, and that I could use to compliment my back workouts. This machine fit the bill and more. It is built well, and is a solid quality product. I would definitely recommend this unit to those in the market for lat machine!
