Nutrition Trackers Compared | My Experience
In this video, I review every app that I have used for logging my nutrition in chronological order from the start of my journey to present day! The apps featured are Microsoft Excel, Fitbit, My Fitness Pal and Lose It! A stable nutrition logger is critical for tracking your nutrition to ensure what you do in the gym is not in vain. I hope that this video gives you some ideas, and or options for tracking your nutrition, and have some fun doing it while you are at it!
